In terms of internal storage availability, Huawei Nova 3 comes with 128GB of internal storage which the user can expand up to 256GB via microSD card. On the other hand, P20 Pro is available in two internal storage variants which include 128/256GB. The users cannot expand any of these internal storage variant space as there in no card slot in this phone, which might be a drawback for some P20 Pro lovers across the globe.
Features and Specs of Cameras:
Camera features and specs of both these Huawei mobiles are impressive as they are equipped with trending camera features and specs. Huawei Nova 3 comes with a dual 24+16MP rear camera with PDAF and LED flash, whereas at the front you see a 24+2MP selfie shooter. When we talk about camera features and specs of Huawei P20 Pro, it comes with a triple camera setup at the rear which means it comes with triple lens 40+20+8MP rear camera with Laser AF, OIS, PDAF and LED flash, whereas at the front you see a single 24MP front selfie shooter.
OS Version:
Both these Huawei phones are running on Android Operating System version v8.1 Oreo. There is no confirmation till date that whether any one of these phones get an upgrade to Android One v9.0 or not.
Battery:
In terms of battery, Huawei Nova 3 is powered with 3750mAH non-removable Li-Po battery, whereas P20 Pro is powered with 4000mAH.
Conclusion:
At the end, according to my preference after doing a comparison of both these phones I will give my vote to Huawei Nova 3 as it is available with latest features and specs. Moreover, it is available at a competitive price tag.
