  • Residential Proof of Partners- The partners are required to submit their telephone bill, bank statement, electricity bill, and mobile bill as residential proof for online LLP registration in India. However, keep in mind that the bills shouldn’t be older than 2-3 months.
  • Photographs- You would need 2-3 passport-size photographs of the partners for LLP online registration. It would be best to bring black and white photographs.

  • To form an LLP, you would need two “designated partners”. In an LLP, only individuals can be designated as partners. Otherwise, in the case of a corporate body, they have to select an individual as their Designated Partner.
  • One of the partners must be an Indian citizen. He/She should have a valid Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by the Income Tax Department.
  • There should be an LLP agreement between all the partners. All the partners have to sign an agreement agreeing to all the rules and regulations that will be enforced by the LLP.
  • Select a unique name for the LLP that does not clash with any existing LLP or registered trademark. After which, you have to get it approved by the Registrar of Companies.
  • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for all the partners. All the documents are filed online.
  • Capital contribution by the LLP partners.
  • Proof of the LLP’s registered office. You can provide the electricity bill, telephone bill, or gas bill to prove the address. But it should not be less than 2 months.
